DW PRO – Refund & Cancellations Policy
(for online, blended & in-person beauty training)

1. Overview
DW PRO aims to provide professional, transparent and fair training services.
This Refund & Cancellations Policy explains when refunds or reschedules may be granted and how to request one.
It applies to all online, blended and in-person beauty training purchased directly through DW PRO or via our official online checkout (Stripe).
Our courses are classed as digital educational services and are governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Payment & Security
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which accepts all major debit and credit cards.
Your financial data is encrypted and never stored by DW PRO.
You retain your statutory rights under UK consumer law, and qualifying purchases made by credit card via Stripe may also be protected under Section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974.
3. Cooling-Off Period (Digital Courses)
If you purchase a digital course and choose immediate access at checkout, you:
– acknowledge that delivery starts straight away, and
– agree to waive your 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
If you have not accessed your course materials and wish to cancel within 14 days of purchase, you can email info@dwpro.co.uk to request a refund.
Refunds for eligible requests will be issued back to the original payment method within 7–10 working days once approved.
4. Blended & In-Person Training
Blended courses include both online learning and a practical component.
Refunds are not normally available once access to online materials has been granted or tutor contact has begun.
If you have not yet accessed your course or been assigned a tutor, you may cancel in writing within 14 days of purchase.
Once access or training begins, the course is considered delivered in part and no refund will be due except where required by law (e.g. defective, mis-described, or unavailable content).
5. Cancellations by Students
All cancellation or reschedule requests must be made in writing to info@dwpro.co.uk.
– One practical training date may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice.
– Failure to attend without notice (“no-show”) will result in the loss of that session and all associated fees.
– Pay-As-You-Go (PAYG) modules are non-refundable once accessed.
– Kit fees are non-refundable once dispatched.
6. Cancellations by DW PRO
If DW PRO must cancel or reschedule a practical session due to tutor illness, venue issues or unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered an alternative date or delivery method at no extra cost.
Where no reasonable alternative can be arranged, a partial refund may be offered for the undelivered portion of the training.
7. Faulty or Mis-Described Courses
If a course or resource is defective, unavailable or mis-described, DW PRO will promptly:
– correct the issue or
– offer an appropriate remedy (e.g. replacement access, partial refund or credit note).
Refunds in these cases are issued within 7–10 working days once verified.
8. Kits & Materials
Training kits are non-refundable once dispatched.
If a kit is missing or faulty, please contact info@dwpro.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with photographs so we can replace or resolve the issue.
9. Refund Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used via Stripe.
For card payments, this typically takes 7–10 working days depending on your bank’s processing times.
Refunds will not be issued in cash or to a different account.
10. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be granted where the course or service has been fully delivered as described, or where access has already been provided and used.
This clause applies only where DW PRO has met its contractual obligations in full.
Where materials are faulty, unavailable, or mis-described, DW PRO will offer an appropriate remedy in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
